Crop Com Cobble Shears

The Shear are used in Hot Rolling to Crop Front End, Tail End and as well as to segment cutting in case of eventualities. These Shears are start/stop type and are driven either with Flywheel mounted Pneumatic Clutch/Brake or Direct DC motor driven. 

Product Description 

Crop and Cobble Shear offered finds application in continuous cutting of the bars or at desired cutting points. Here, our expertise lies in offering shear from 400 mm crs up to 1000mm crs with dual mode support comprising crank mode or continuous mode as preferred by the customers. Further, our expertise also lies in manufacturing crop shearing machines for types of bars, rounds as well as for structural products like angle, I/H beam, Flat, U Channel and others. 

It can be installed between Roughing Mill & Intermediate Mill & Continuous Mill. These shears are controlled through PLC System and provide very close tolerance of the cut length.
